Training Day 2006

ACW Training Day 2006

Workplace matters: the final taboo – suicide and sudden death

Friday 1 December 2006
Hilton Hotel, Manchester Airport

Chair's Introduction and Welcome

On behalf of the Association for Counselling at Work I am delighted to invite you to this prestigious event on a subject that is rarely talked about but which many of us have to deal with at some point. We have identified true experts in the field, all of whom have practical experience and a clear understanding of how to deal with suicide and sudden death in an organisational context.

This event has been planned with a limited number of delegates in each workshop to allow ample time for interaction, which will aid the process of discussion and learning. The event is particularly suited to counselling practitioners but will also be highly relevant to colleagues in welfare, occupational health and human resources, and to psychologists and workplace coaches. I very much look forward to welcoming you to the event.

Best wishes

Andrew Kinder – Chair ACW
