The history of ACW

As you can see elsewhere on the website we are currently considering a name change for ACW, to better capture the breadth of activities carried out under the banner of workplace counselling.

Workplace counselling has never been a static field so we felt it world be helpful to reflect how ACW has evolved alongside the wider changes in the worlds of counselling and work.

In the article that follows Shirley Cullup, a member of the ACW executive takes us through the history of ACW to date.
